We booked into Hotel 71 for our anniversary. First of all, the first room we were shown to was shoddy. When we asked to change rooms, the reservation staff acted as though it was a major inconvenice to them. Then, when it came time to check out, the staff seemed unable to look up data to verify that we had prepaid, and tried to charge us twice! On top of all that, six months later, a "courtesy" call informed us that our credit card would be charged extra, to make up for the charges they apparantly missed. What is the problem with this hotel?
