Stayed here before flying out of LAX. Check-in went smoothly but that was all. About 30 minutes after checking in, we started getting harassing phone calls. Called the front desk and asked to be moved but they said all rooms were sold out. The manager said he thought it was a teenager staying in the room but he couldn't do anything to stop the person. I told him I wanted some sort of compensation for the late calls and I also wanted security to keep an eye on our floor since this person obviously knew our room number. All he would say is that security was aware of the problem but he couldn't send someone up and just unplug my phone. (This wasn't an option since we were staying in the hotel with someone else and they had to be able to call us.) As far as a rate adjustment, he refused until I pushed the issue a few times. Then he took off 20% - Big Deal! It's a dumpy hotel with poor customer service. Next time I'll stay at one of the nicer LAX hotels and avoid this one.

Stayed here on business last time I was in LA. I enjoyed the hotel and it was unbelievably cheap for the value. I travel to LA every few months and will stay here again.
