	Donna M ( Oswego, NY, USA ) - October 14, 2003 at 10:54:27 I stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and it was ok. This time, it was terrible. The elevators took forever, even with there being 3 of them. The latch on our door was broken. The bathroom was disgusting. The tub was dirty and felt like it was going to collapse under your feet at any minute. There were not enough towels and no bathmat, even though we repeatedly asked for them. And someone had punched a hole in the bathroom door. One morning there was no hot water! We were not in our room very much, only to shower and sleep, but it would have been nice to have a safe clean place to come back to. The attached restaurant was overpriced and the wait staff was rude. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location.
