The picture of the room is very misleading. It was very small. Everytime we shut our door you had to move clothes that were on the rack to close to the door.We had rented a vehicle for our stay. If we didn't get back to our room before 4:00 p.m. we had no where to park. There is not enough parking for the people that stay there.We had to park at another hotel one night because this hotel had no parking. The blonde hotel worker at the desk was rude about the parking. Told us we would have to park across the street at the monark. I don't think you should charge for parking when you don't have enough for your guest. Also it's the first time in all my travels I have had to pay for complementily coffee for my room. It should be provided with the room every day you are there. I asked for two extra towels because there was two women staying in this room, it took two days to get this done.All together the only good thing was the sheets were clean. But I will never recommend this hotel to any of my friends or fellow workers that will go to Hawaii in the further. This was my fourth trip to Hawaii, but my last at this hotel. It was over priced and the desk clerk from 2:00 til 10:00 was very rude and didn't know how to do her job correctly.
