The OHANA Islander Waikiki is a 283-room, 12-story hotel centrally located in the heart of Waikiki, on Kalakaua Avenue next to Planet Hollywood, the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, and the newly opened DFS Galleria, plus, the gateway to many happenings on Lewers Street. From Honolulu International Airport:
Take the eastbound H-1 Freeway.
Leave the freeway shortly thereafter at the Nimitz Highway/Waikiki exit.
Stay on Nimitz which becomes Ala Moana Boulevard and turn right onto Kalakaua Avenue to get to Waikiki.
Once on Kalakaua Ave, turn right on Lewers Street and the parking entrance is about 80 yards from that corner, on the right side.
