I ask for a non smoking room and got a smoking it smelled so bad.
The bedspread had ciggerette burn holes in it. I had to ask for a new one. The carpet was awful and old lots of stains. The wallpaper was pelling off the walls. The air conditioner worked so-so. The tv didn't work. I had to call to have that fixed. And the channel changer was taped together. I stayed at this hotel about 10 years ago and it was nice then. The location is great but
I don't think I will stay there again. I have been coming to Hawaii every year for the last 13 year and I have always stayed at the Outrigger proporties. Not this year-I am going else where.
