Excellent value for the money. Clean and upscale. Kitenette includes cooktop, coffeemaker, microwave, refrigerator and dishes. Beds/Sofa sleeper are great! Sheets, pillows, blankets, etc are sufficient for everyone's needs. Breakfast buffet is included and good, some hot foods available. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Close to lots of good, family oriented restaurants. Easy access to I-4, and the Turnpike. Directly across the street from Universal Studios/Islands of Adventures. Easy access to Wet-n-Wild and SeaWorld. Disney further, but still easy to reach. Easy access to the outlet malls and other shopping. Much better location than the insanity of Kissimmee!!!

I stayed and will never come back to any amerisuites hotel. you mine as well call this hotel a budget-inn, because that was what it was built to be. The only good thing is that you can walk to Universal instead of drive. Out of 5 stars, I give this hotel (1) star.
