If you are a Captain and have been referred to stay here by one of your subordinates, then you are in for a very big disappointment. Perhaps another subordinate within your organization can recommend something much more suited to your needs....someone who is willing to go the extra mile for you when the chips are down, someone who will steer you and your precious family in the right direction to ensure your vacation is most enjoyable, someone who knows the "Professional Standards" you desire.
